One to one phone consultation

  • Establishing  requirements
  • Personality & Lifestyle
  • Current Living likes + dislikes balanced with the move to your new apartment
  • Move date and Budget
  • Required references


    Viewing Day

    • A full day of viewing properties (some may be preselected by you dependant on move date and market trends)
    • One on One call at the end of the day, helping to compile a short list of your favourite properties in order of preference
    • Assisting or acting on your behalf on negotiating rent and lease terms


      Moving day

      • Scheduled shipping dates of personal items (if required)
      • Help setting up utilities
      • Internet, Cable and Phone
      • Bank Account
      • Student – Exemption for council tax + set up Travel ID card
